By creating a ABForge account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Each seat on your plan needs its own account; invite teammates from the Team page instead of sharing logins. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our acceptable-use policy, or applicable law.
You retain full ownership of every site you connect, every experiment configuration, and the visitor data we collect on your behalf. We need a limited license from you to host, transmit, back up, and process your content so the service can function. We don't claim ownership, we don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.
You may not use ABForge to run experiments on sites you don't control, collect personal data without lawful basis, attempt to deanonymize visitors, or otherwise break applicable privacy and consumer-protection law. We will suspend accounts on credible reports of abuse.
Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe Billing on the plan you choose. Plans are metered by monthly tracked events and active sites; usage above your plan's allotment is billed at the per-event rate listed on the pricing page. Stripe's processing fees apply to your charge and are paid to Stripe, not us.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds for ABForge subscription charges are issued as account credit and auto-applied to the next invoice (see Credit System on the Billing page). You may cancel any time; service continues through the end of the paid period and you can re-activate any time within 90 days without losing data.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime and post real-time status at status.abforge.3dshawn.com. Enterprise plans include a 99.95% SLA with service credits when we miss it. The service is provided AS IS without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of ABForge is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You may delete your account from Settings at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice (or immediately for serious violations: fraud, malware distribution, repeated IP infringement). After termination you have a 90-day window to export your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited by local consumer-protection law.
Material changes to these Terms will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.
